Being alone in a new world
Never felt as lonely as those days
Everything seemed so awkward
Everyone kept their distances

As time went by
She had a circle of acquaintances
At one time, they became good friends
Good friends who finally say good-bye

One had gone to Japan
Another one will go to Pakistan
Unlike them, she'll stay where she is
To take on her responsibilities
